Job summary

A leading fire protection service provider in Glenwood Springs is seeking an Inspection Technician Lead to perform inspections and maintenance of fire safety systems. Ideal candidates will have NICET Level II or III certification and experience with life safety codes. Responsibilities include testing and inspecting fire alarms and sprinklers, with a pay range of $25.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience. Opportunities for overtime are available during nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must possess NICET Level II or III certification.
• Must have local jurisdiction licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, testing, installation of life safety equipment.
• Handle low voltage wiring and device operation.
• Inspect commercial fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment.

Skills

Customer-service orientation
