Job description

The Fire Alarm Lead Technician/Programmer will be responsible for programming Gamewell FCI product line, low voltage engineering, troubleshooting alarm systems, ensuring life safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Low Voltage Engineering and Troubleshooting skills
• Alarm Systems and Life Safety expertise
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Certification in fire alarm systems is a plus
• Experience in the fire alarm industry
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Note: My client is a Gamewell Distributor, so experience with this system would be great, but if you don't have Gamewell knowledge, no problem. I represent over a dozen Fire Alarm/Protection, BAS, CCTV & Lighting companies in the region.
