Job summary

The O’Brien Interiors Group seeks a Project Manager to drive successful construction projects in Michigan. You will coordinate field operations, manage budgets, and work closely with site superintendents to keep projects on schedule and within resources.

You will lead safety initiatives, oversee procurement of materials, and mentor junior foremen, applying industry best practices and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and safe work practices.
• Procore proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations, including budget and job costing.
• Serve as contact for site superintendents to maintain collaboration.
• Communicate company objectives to site crews.
• Oversee procurement and materials to ensure availability.
• Supervise workforce across jobsites to meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure safe work practices and safety risk management.
• Mentor next generation of field leadership.
• Lead periodic foreman meetings.
