Job summary

Centene Corp. in Missouri is seeking a Finance System Analyst Leader to guide the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure projects align with business goals.

You will drive the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of financial systems, champion process improvements, and mentor staff while coordinating with IT and other departments. Job description

Position Purpose:

Responsible for leading the Finance System Analyst team, overseeing daily operations, ensuring project alignment with business goals, and driving the overall direction of financial systems.

• Coordinates daily operations and activities of the team.
• Ensures projects are aligned with business objectives, completed on time and within budget.
• Provides broader guidance on project management to ensure the overall quality.
• Acts as the primary liaison between the Finance department and other departments, including IT.
• Oversees the design, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implements solutions.
• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Prepares and presents reports to management and stakeholders.
• Fosters a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Participates in the development and execution of strategic plans for financial systems.
• Leads the finance systems product backlog and prioritizes development efforts.
• Provides support and mentorship to production support staff assistance with complex issue resolution.
• Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their integration.
• Support managers to lead cross-functional teams in system implementation and improvement initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field required: 5+ years of experience in financial systems or a similar role, with leadership experience required. Extensive knowledge of financial systems, data management, and project management required.

Pay Range: $87,700.00 - $157,800.00 per year
