Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients ($2M+ investable assets preferred).
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary advisor for a book of HNW/UHNW clients across planning, investments, tax, and estate coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.
• Drive organic growth through referrals and networking; support client acquisition and closing opportunities.
• Lead client conversations and translate complex strategies into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with CPAs, estate attorneys, and investment professionals.
