Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree and FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Initiates contacts for brokerage accounts and explains services to bank customers.
• Coaches retail staff on brokerage features and referral processes.
• Plans outside business development opportunities such as seminars and mailings.
• Maintains licenses and ongoing continuing education requirements.
• Mentors licensed sales assistants in Brokerage Services.
