Leoforce is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to drive FP&A and IT Finance in a hybrid role based in Providence, RI. The position targets senior-level professionals responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives and potential M&A decisions.

Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct regular variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making around strategic initiatives, capital investments, and potential mergers and acquisitions.
• Drive the design and delivery of financial KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills and tools like PowerBI to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into financial plans.
• Continually improve FP&A processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ideally in a lead role.
