This is an Office role requiring onsite attendance in our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, three days per week. The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 – $152,300. The typical hiring salary range is $88,800 – $133,245, dependent on education, experience, certifications, responsibilities, pay equity, and market data. Medica’s Financial Analyst IV analyzes financial data for our Individual Family Business (IFB) and Commercial segment finance teams. The role maintains and updates financial models and reporting analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. The analyst works to improve financial status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management. Responsibilities also include preparing recurring and ad hoc financial reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership reviews and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to develop financial analysis and support decision‑making.
