The Lead Finance Analyst, Financial Planning will oversee end-to-end financial planning activities, delivering forecasts, analytical outputs, and planning support for assigned functions or regions. The role collaborates closely with business leaders to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans while guiding junior analysts.

• Estimated Salary: USD 85,000 - 106,000 per yearly

Role Summary

The Lead Finance Analyst, Financial Planning is accountable for ownership of financial models, forecasting processes, and analytical deliverables. This position supports planning decisions through scenario analysis, KPI development, and executive-level reporting. In addition to partnering with business leaders, the role provides mentorship and guidance to analysts and senior analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of business drivers and financial performance management
• Experience working with planning systems, BI tools, and data environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with leadership
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead initiatives
