Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. in Superior, WI is seeking a Filter Press Lead to join our safety-conscious team. The Lead will operate centrifuge, belt press, pumps and related equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

Valid driver’s license is required and daily paperwork will be completed. We offer competitive pay ($25.00–$32.00 hourly), health benefits after 30 days, 401K with company matching, stock purchase plan, paid time off, and opportunities

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience.
• Basic safety courses including site specific procedures; All required local training, Successful completion of all required and OSHA training as a condition of employment.
• Must be physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities or his/her position.
• Compliance with physical requirements.
• Valid driver’s license
• Smartphone operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies and working safely.
• Complete daily unit checklists for proper operation.
• Operate decanter centrifuges, belt presses, filter press and related equipment.
• Operate centrifugal and positive displacement pumps and associated gear.
• Operate 5K hotsy pressure washers.
• Maintain safe and compliant work area and complete required paperwork.
