Job summary

Qualifications

• Citizenship required and DoD/DoW Secret clearance on first day.
• 20 years relevant experience with high school diploma or 16 years with Bachelor's.
• Experience managing F-15 programs in a DoD environment.
• Expert knowledge of the F-15 weapon system.
• Program management experience on fighter aircraft programs/PMOs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in applying and demonstrating proficiency in project/program initiatives, including planning, design, development, implementation or evaluation.
• Assist in providing expert-level issue resolution and recommendations to achieve program outcomes across functional areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with the program office, government offices, contractors and USAF/AFMC/AFRL/ACC/AFGSC to support F/B Capability Plans.
• Represent the interests of the F/B portfolio in core function processes and support capability planning decisions.
• Assist with data preparation and presentation for meetings (IPT, PMR, TIMs, working groups).
• Support needs identification and development of requirements for materiel solutions and acquisition programs.
