Job summary

Power Storage Solutions is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to manage installation projects across California, Reno NV, Portland OR, and Seattle WA. You will supervise crews, install DC power systems, cabling, and associated chargers, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will report on schedules, coordinate materials, and train staff while advancing installation processes and expanding our customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in DC power installation or services.
• Broad field engineering and site layout experience.
• Strong safety practices and PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time project delivery, safety, and quality on site.
• Report schedules, time, and expenses accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling with material availability.
• Develop project summaries and cost-reduction actions.
• Develop technical capabilities of team and enforce policies.
• Supervise staff on service/installation projects in region.
• Stay current with DC power/telecom tech and training.
