Qualifications

• Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods is a plus.

• Military experience equivalent to 12N Horizontal Construction Engineer is acceptable.

• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, shop drawings.
• Champion site safety and enforce standards.
• Monitor schedules, estimate durations and track progress.
• Direct field staff and coordinate resources.
