Qualifications

• 1-5 years of construction experience as a supervisor, lead hand, or similar role.
• Understanding of current construction practices, documents, costs, and budgets.
• Ability to plan and manage project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and manage project quality.
• Ensure construction compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Champion site safety and enforce corporate standards.

Skills

Construction experience

Knowledge of underground fiber installation methods

Military experience (12N or 12H)
