Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. This role leads a team of superintendents and craft professionals, directing field activities, scheduling, and subcontract coordination to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 10–13 years of experience (or 14–17 years without a degree). Strong planning, OSHA knowledge, and Bechtel safety culture are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) is required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction planning, monitoring and control.
• Familiar with construction tools and equipment and their uses.
• Experience managing union craft heavy industrial US direct hire construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and Bechtel's Zero Accidents program.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and supervise superintendents and/or craft professionals on a project.
• Direct craft activities and work schedules; coordinate subcontract work.
• Ensure tools, policies, procedures, and safety rules are followed; stay within budgets and schedules.
• Inspect site for safety and compliance; drive safety training with EHS supervisor.
• Interface with labor/industrial relations for craft recruitment and training.
