Job summary

Sletten Construction is seeking a Superintendent to schedule, coordinate, and supervise craft workers and subcontractors on our Montana project sites. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure safety, budget adherence, and timely completion of work.

The role requires at least 5 years of field experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel to different sites is expected, with a mix of outdoor and indoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience on construction sites.
• OHSA 10-HR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employees and subcontractors on the project site.
• Review project documents, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure project safety and EEO compliance.
• Coordinate weekly subcontractor meetings and update look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor punch lists and change orders with the Project Manager.
