Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking an IT Field Services Supervisor to oversee repair and installation of equipment and systems managed by the IT Field Services Team. You will assist in supervising technicians, plan work distribution, and ensure quality assurance; you may lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include training field technicians, maintaining safety and compliance, and documenting work orders and installation procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Technology Information Systems plus three (3) years' related work experience or eight (8) years of related progress and responsibility experience with project leadership knowledge.

Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee repair and installation of equipment and systems handled by the IT Field Services Team. Will assist in the oversight of technicians including work distribution, planning and quality assurance inspection. The incumbent may lead projects and work in cross-functional teams on larger projects and provide training to field technicians. The incumbent is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with our policies and applicable laws.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
