• Associate degree or BA/BS in Electronics or Computer Technology Information Systems plus three (3) years' related work experience or eight (8) years of related progress and responsibility experience as well as project leadership knowledge.

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee repair and installation of equipment and systems handled by the IT Field Services Team. Will assist in the oversight of technicians including work distribution, planning and quality assurance inspection. The incumbent may lead projects and work in cross-functional teams on larger projects and provide training to field technicians. The incumbent is required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with our policies and applicable laws.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that field services technicians properly complete and maintain work orders, procedures and other system or installation documentation within their area of responsibility.
• Ability to make adequate solutions as they have an impact on the business needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Associate degree or bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Electronics or Computer Technology Information Systems plus three (3) years' related work experience or eight (8) years of related progress and responsibility experience as well as project leadership knowledge.

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

This position requires a valid driver’s license.

• Regularly required to do the following activities:

• Perform continuous operation of a personal computer for four hours or more.
• Maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or bending low to the floor.
• Twist upper torso.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
• Reach up and out with hands and arms.
• Lift up to sixty-five (65) pounds and carry a distance of fifteen (15) feet.
• Push and/or pull up to sixty-five (65) pounds a distance of ten (10) feet.

• Frequently required to walk about.
• Occasionally required to do the following activities:

• Climb stairs and/or ladders.
