Job summary

Archrock is seeking an experienced field technician to perform maintenance and repair on gas compression and process equipment at customer sites. You will act as a technical resource for complex issues and lead teams on major maintenance projects.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience with natural gas engines and compressors, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of gas engines and compressors; able to troubleshoot systems.
• Ability to read performance curves and adjust compressor packages.
• 5+ years of field service experience with natural gas engines and compressors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to standard with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on compressor and related equipment.
• Lead a team on Major Maintenance, Overhaul, MOB/DEMOB projects with limited assistance.
