KBR is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative (FSR Team Lead) to support a U.S. Army Prototype Commercial-Derivative Wheeled Vehicles Prototype Program. The Lead FSR will serve as the primary operational interface between the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Government stakeholders, and the integrated OEM-KBR FSR team during prototype development, testing, and post-test activities. The selected candidate will lead field support operations for an integrated four-person FSR team consisting of two KBR and two OEM personnel, while providing technical expertise in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, operator support, logistics coordination, inventory management, readiness reporting, and sustainment planning. This individual will be responsible for developing FSR staffing and work plans, coordinating activities across multiple test locations, managing day-to-day field support operations, and ensuring successful execution of maintenance, logistics, reporting, and training support requirements. This position requires approximately nine (9) months of training, prototype build support, publication validation, and system familiarization activities in Dearborn, Michigan, followed by extended travel and on-site support at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and/or Fort Bragg, North Carolina. This position is restricted to U.S. Citizens. The selected candidate must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance and be capable of meeting all Government, military installation, and program access requirements throughout the period of performance.
Approximately nine (9) months of training, vehicle build support, technical publication validation, and prototype familiarization activities in Dearborn, Michigan. Extended TDY assignments supporting developmental testing and user evaluations at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland and/or Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Ability to support travel in excess of 50% during testing phases of the program. Ability to support occasional overtime, weekend activities, and schedule adjustments associated with test events and vehicle readiness requirements.
