Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Lead Logistics Analyst to support FoFTS-Next at Camp Pendleton, reporting to the Site Lead. You will oversee logistics for the Marine Corps Training Instrumentation System, manage inventory, budgeting, and field deployments.

The role requires 15+ years in logistics (or a Master’s with 13+ years), US citizenship, and ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Travel up to 14 days is required; strong leadership and financial management skills are essential to drive efficiency and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field with 15+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 13+ years, or equivalent.
Understanding of USMC tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
Experience leading teams of 50+ personnel.
Experience with financial management and budgeting.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.
U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate operational support for MCTIS at Camp Pendleton and field training activities.
Manage site budget, investments and staffing inputs.
Plan/logistics for all exercise support activities and deployments.
Oversee OSHA/Health & Safety for the site and ensure regulatory compliance.
Maintain MCTIS configurations and lead preventive and corrective maintenance.
Handle purchasing and shipments related to the CROW and manage vehicle resupply.
