Qualifications

• 5+ years of Special Inspections Technician experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience or 10+ years of experience in lieu of certifications.
• Active certifications required: ACI 1, ICC Soils Inspector, ICC Nuclear Gauge, ICC Reinforced Concrete, ICC Masonry Special Inspector.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of junior technicians performing inspections and sampling services.
• Collect concrete, soil, and site materials for testing.
• Write and review detailed daily reports based on site observations.
