Requirements include a GED or equivalent, 5–8 years of related experience, ability to mentor team, read manuals, and knowledge of engines, electrical, hydraulic systems. Travel up to 40% and CDL within 90 days.

Qualifications

• GED or higher education and related experience; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to mentor Machine team members.
• Must read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures.
• Knowledge of engines, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Flexibility for shift work, overtime and on-call hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Work safely and follow WCAT safety policies.
• Prepare paperwork and access required databases accurately.
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs and adjustments.
• Test and verify operation of repairs.
