Job summary

Ring Inc in Lisle, IL seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead field evaluations of electrical power distribution systems and develop precise calculations, repair drawings, and scope-of-work packages for new and rehab projects. The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience, and preferred P.E.

licensure. You will attend client meetings, support field execution, and contribute to proposal development while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience.
• P.E. licensure preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering codes; Arc Flash preferred.
• Experience leading small teams and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field and technical evaluations of electrical power distribution systems.
• Develop calculations, repair drawings, and scope of work packages.
• Attend client meetings and field walk-downs.
• Provide technical support for field execution and outages.
• Develop constructability planning, proposals, and estimate development.
• Work on Power Distribution for Industrial Plants (Medium and Low Voltage).
