Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of structured cabling experience in commercial or industrial settings.
Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians while managing small crews.
Possess basic PPE and hand tools; OSHA 10 certification preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead structured cabling installations and assign tasks to team members.
Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling systems.
Perform troubleshooting, testing, and certification using appropriate testers.
