The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of structured cabling experience and is skilled in installing, terminating, and testing Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of structured cabling experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior technicians while managing small crews.
• Possess basic PPE and hand tools; OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured cabling installations and assign tasks to team members.
• Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and certification using appropriate testers.
