Job summary

Artisan Exteriors LLC in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced Lead Fence & Deck Installer to lead a crew in installing wood, vinyl, and other fencing systems, and to build decks per plans and specs.

You will read blueprints, coordinate daily site activities, train crew members, maintain safety, communicate with homeowners and project managers, and ensure quality workmanship while keeping tools and equipment well maintained.

Qualifications

• 3 years fence and/or deck installation experience.
• Previous experience leading a crew strongly preferred.
• Ability to read plans and perform accurate layout measurements.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
