Ideal candidates have FEAF certification, 5+ years of federal EA experience, and a proven track record in architecture modeling, standards, and portfolio planning to support modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• FEAF Certified Enterprise Architect with 5+ years of EA experience desired.
• Experience supporting federal EA programs, repositories, modeling, governance, and planning.
• Direct FCC IT program/operations experience REQUIRED.
• FCC IT environments experience in last five years REQUIRED.
• Strong FEAF, cloud, and information architecture knowledge; cross-domain coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead FCC enterprise architecture strategy, planning, governance, and maturity improvement.
• Assess EA maturity and develop improvement plans.
• Model and publish as-is and to-be architectures across tech, data, business, and performance domains.
• Conduct gap analyses and propose prioritized transition plans.
• Advise senior leadership on modernization, risk reduction, and IT-business alignment.
