Job summary

EVEREVE in San Jose, CA is seeking a Full-Time Stylist to lead the in-store Styling Experience and ensure every customer is seen and connected with. You will embody the HEART values and drive the EVEREVE brand on the sales floor.

You will mentor teammates when managers are away, maintain floor presence, support daily operations, manage merchandise, and champion fashion-forward trends while delivering warm, personalized service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store styling and ensure customers are seen and connected with.
• Support recruiting to build a great team that mirrors the HEART culture.
• Maintain strong floor presence and stay current with fashion trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by leadership.
• When managers are absent, support coaching, floor operations, and inventory management.
• Drive store results as a top sales generator and uphold merchandising standards.
• Lead your division of responsibility based on volume.
