MainStreet Family Care in Locust, NC is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our fast-paced urgent care team full time. Enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the chance to lead a small team while delivering high-volume, patient-centered care across urgent, primary, telemedicine, and occupational medicine services.

New graduates welcomed after HQ orientation and training. You will treat all ages, perform minor procedures, interpret X-rays with radiologist input, and work a rotating schedule

Formación

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required (New graduate friendly!)
• Are you DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (we cover the cost of the certification)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing and treating cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues
• Minor procedures (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine
