Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate at our Arlington, Texas travel center to keep facilities safe and clean and perform routine repairs.

You will handle cleaning showers and restrooms, keep fuel islands tidy, refill propane tanks, and perform minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, painting and flooring. This role offers weekly pay and a benefits package within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or janitorial work.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and safety equipment.
• Familiar with basic safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep showers and restrooms clean.
• Maintain cleanliness of fuel islands and related equipment.
• Fill propane tanks.
• Empty trash on the property and pick up debris in the parking lot.
• Sweep and mop floors, and clean glass throughout the travel center.
• Perform low level repairs for equipment, dispensers, plumbing, electrical, tile replacement, painting, etc., to maintain operations.
• Determine whether to do minor repairs or call for a service vendor.
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Job Description

• Pay Rates Starting between: $19.42 - $29.90 / hour
