Responsibilities

• Mentorship and leadership as a backup for Fabricators and Team Lead.
• Perform welding using TIG and MIG techniques to meet quality standards.
• Complete paperwork and quality checks for team associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
