Responsibilities

• Mentorship and Leadership: mentor Fabricator Trainees and production staff; back up Team Lead as needed.
• Welding and Fabrication: perform TIG and MIG welds; set up equipment and read blueprints.
• Quality Assurance and Paperwork: complete necessary quality checks and documentation.
• Safety and Compliance: maintain safe work areas; adhere to safety procedures and report hazards.
• Additional Duties: perform other tasks as assigned by Team Lead.
