EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) for our precast facility. This hands-on role supports daily fabrication and welding activities, working under the Plant Manager and coordinating with the Project Manager to meet production schedules with safety and quality in mind.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of fabrication and welding experience in manufacturing or precast, excels at reading shop drawings, is MIG proficient, and prioritizes safety.

The Lead Fabricator (Working Lead) is a hands-on role responsible for supporting daily fabrication and welding activities within the precast facility. This position works under the direction of the Plant Manager and in coordination with the Project Manager to ensure fabrication work is completed accurately, safely, and in alignment with production schedules. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but provides day-to-day guidance, assigns work, and serves as a technical resource for Fabricators and Helpers.
Work is performed in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment with regular exposure to dust, noise, extreme temperatures, and moving machinery. The role involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toe boots must be worn at all times. Occasional work in confined spaces, elevated areas, or outdoors may be required.
