Job description

Midtown is looking for a friendly and driven Lead Food & Beverage Associate to enhance our stellar restaurant experience.

What You’ll Do

Our Lead Food & Beverage Associates are “people persons” at their core, motivated by helping others, and passionate about delivering the best experience through food and connections. As an integral part of our F&B team, you’ll be serving and assisting customers by taking orders, servicing and delivering them, suggesting meal and drink options, while maintaining a safe and sanitary workspace.

Requirements

• Must have availability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings & weekends)
• 1+ years of experience in a team leader role
• Passion for service, quality, and training
• Guest oriented and service minded
• Experience in using POS systems
• Delegating and executing multiple tasks assigned by the F&B Manager
• At least 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
• Assisting in ordering, inventory management & shift schedules for teammates with the F&B Manager
• Assist in team building skills
• 35-40 hours per week (hours will vary depending on café business and any club or private events)
