Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of lead production operator experience in an industrial setting are required.
• Strong mechanical background and ability to work with tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the extruder.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Maintain daily production reports and troubleshoot issues.
• Train and mentor other operators as needed.
• Communicate with supervisor and team to meet production targets.
