Dayspring Restoration in Helena, MT is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to maintain top standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, while leading daily housekeeping operations. You will supervise part-time staff, manage inventory and supplies, coordinate laundry, and ensure safety and military cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory housekeeping position overseeing staff and standards.
• Ability to supervise, coordinate, and support part-time employees; manage workloads and schedules.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards (military if applicable).
• Excellent time management to prioritize tasks and meet timeframes for room readiness.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise daily cleaning and preparation of guest rooms to high standards.
• Supervise daily activities, scheduling, and labor management of part-time housekeeping staff.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms; maintain public areas, restrooms, and offices.
• Restock rooms and designated areas with toiletries, linens, and supplies.
• Coordinate laundry pickups/deliveries and ensure availability of clean linens.
• Prepare and submit daily room count reports and housekeeping documentation.
