Job summary

Garney Construction is seeking an Excavator Operator to join our field crew at a project site. You will operate an excavator to perform digging, backfilling, trenching, ditching, and related tasks, and may assist with laborer duties as needed.

The role requires prior construction experience, a solid understanding of machine operation and maintenance, and the ability to work overtime and travel as needed to project sites. Safety and teamwork are essential on every shift.

• Firm knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance.
• Must be able to work overtime.

An Excavator Operator jobis available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience. As an Excavator Operator, you will operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean up. The operator may perform functions of a laborer as required.
