Crossmark Inc. is hiring Lead Event Specialists to conduct in-store product demonstrations at Sam's Club locations. You will engage customers, sample products, support event operations, and assist teammates as a key in-store resource.

This part-time role emphasizes leadership development, a flexible schedule, and a collaborative retail environment with weekly pay and available part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute, and break down in-store product demonstrations.
• Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve samples while following safety standards.
• Maintain demo equipment, supplies, and a clean work area.
• Support team and act as in-store contact when supervisor is unavailable.
• Build relationships with store personnel and support visits/audits.
• Complete reporting, documentation, and event photos.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.

Looking for a flexible part-time opportunity that combines customer interaction and leadership? At Product Connections, our Lead Event Specialists help create engaging shopping experiences through product demonstrations inside Sam's Club. In this role, you’ll interact with customers, provide product samples, support event operations, and serve as a resource for other team members.

No prior demonstration experience is required. We provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or computer for scheduling and reporting.
• Food Safety Certification required; additional food handling certifications may be required based on local regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, balance, and climb a step ladder as needed.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
