Job summary

Los Angeles Galaxy is seeking a Security Supervisor to manage Security Officers at shows, events, and venues. You will oversee patrols, incident reporting, and access control while coordinating with law enforcement as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends. CPR/AED and a valid Security Guard Card are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Security Guard Card.
• CPR and AED certifications are required.
• Knowledge of OSHA/ADA laws and regulations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers during events and non-event days.
• Maintain incident logs and prepare required reports.
• Review camera footage and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Participate in interviewing and disciplinary processes as needed.
• Monitor venue access and screen credentials to ensure proper entry.
• Respond to alarms and manage fire safety/evacuation when required.
• Provide customer service support before, during, and after shows.
