• Lead Event Security Supervisors and Officers throughout the event.
• Coordinate staffing assignments, posts, and shift transitions.
• Serve as primary liaison between client, venue, and Treston Security Services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, post orders, and client expectations.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with effective decision-making.
• Review reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate emergency response when necessary.
