Qualifications

• 3-5+ years hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing European vehicles.
• Experience with European makes: BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Volvo, Mini.
• Own a well-stocked professional toolbox.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues on European vehicles.
• Use factory-level diagnostic software and scan tools (ISTA, XENTRY, ODIS, Autel).
• Interpret fault codes, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer repair information.
• Perform electrical testing and diagnostics; conduct road tests to verify repairs.
• Maintain documentation of diagnostic findings and completed repairs.
