Job summary

PDDN INC. is seeking an ETL Data Engineer for a contract engagement in Columbus, Ohio. Immediate availability and a focus on delivering high-quality ETL pipelines and data models to support process intelligence initiatives.

You will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams. Experience with SQL/PL-SQL, data integration, and governance is valued; Celonis knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ETL pipelines and data models for Process Intelligence.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, ETL, data integration skills.
• Familiarity with data governance and auditing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of ETL processes and data models to integrate source data into a Process Intelligence platform (e.g., Celonis).
• Participate in analysis sessions and work with data analysts to document data mappings and ETL requirements.
• Build reliable, secure connections to source systems (JDBC, Kafka, APIs) and validate data ingestion.
• Implement and optimize ETL pipelines for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Design and implement audits and reconciliation processes to ensure data completeness and correctness from application platforms to the process-mining environment.
• Provide operational support for production ETL jobs; troubleshoot failures and performance issues.
• Define and enforce governance, access control, and best practices for process data and ETL artifacts.
• Collaborate with business, PM, BA, and infrastructure teams to enable continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
