Job summary

Qualifications

• Nuclear weapons loading experience on bombers and/or fighters.
• Conventional weapons loading experience on bombers and/or fighters.
• Supervisory experience (civilian and/or military).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior SME to resolve programmatic issues and conflicts within TO acquisition and sustainment.
• Provide guidance to individuals/teams and resolve conflicts to address issues and disconnects within TO acquisition and sustainment; lead interactions with AFMC, AFGSC, Northrup Grumman, and Boeing.
• Effectively supervise employees by practicing and complying with Occupational Health and Safety rules; security requirements; fiscal/resource constraints; Change Management principles.
• Coordinate on Recommended Changes approved by assigned Technical Content Managers.
• Develop process improvements for AFNWC Technical Orders and related documents.
