Qualifications

• BS/BA in Mechanical, Chemical, Biochemical, or related Engineering with 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience supporting process equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record leading technical projects and multi-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Specify cGMP process equipment, components, and spare parts.
• Lead equipment lifecycle, obsolescence strategies, and change control activities.
• Assist in design review, site acceptance, installation, and qualification of equipment.
• Prepare test plans and design documents; support QA Validation with protocol execution.
• Mentor engineers, guide design reviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment.
