Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in a relevant discipline with 5+ years of experience in product design (concept generation, detailed design)
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering drawing principles
• Good communication skills and experience with medical device development process

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates, and directs engineering projects with complex features (supervisory)
• Carries out complex or novel assignments requiring new techniques or procedures
• Develops new or refined equipment, materials, processes, products, and/or methods
• Lead design work and support manufacturing transfer of design
• Collaborate with vendors for tools and fixtures development and manufacturing support
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track project status and milestones
