PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking an experienced Lead Epoxy & Polyaspartic Floor Installer to join our growing team.

This role requires at least two years of epoxy or polyaspartic flooring experience, the ability to lead installations, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

• Experience with concrete grinding, crack repair, moisture testing, and surface preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of premium epoxy and polyaspartic garage floor coatings.
• Grind, repair, and properly prepare concrete surfaces.
• Mix and apply coating systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Deliver exceptional workmanship on every project.
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Help train and mentor newer installers as the team grows.
