Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline required.
• 8+ years in designing, developing and implementing ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• 8+ years ERP experience with Oracle preferred.
• Completion of Oracle certifications and APICS certifications.
• Strong project management skills and portfolio management experience.

• Manages design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.
• Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
• Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
• Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
• Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to champion the operational transformation of our Albuquerque and Germantown sites as we transition to Oracle Fusion. This role is a strategic business partner who will ensure that our core processes in program management, data governance, finance, supply chain, and manufacturing are optimized and effectively integrated into the new ERP system.

The ideal candidate will bring experience from the defense or aerospace industry, with a strong understanding of government contracts, cost accounting, and full lifecycle program execution -- from prototype development through full-rate manufacturing. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution to ensure the successful deployment of Oracle Fusion while maintaining operational excellence and compliance with DoD program requirements.

Position Responsibilities

Manages design sessions in prototyping new systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow

Reviews and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

Establishes operational objectives and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Senior management reviews objectives to determine success of operation. Involved in developing, modifying & executing company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect

Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

Implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Establishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements

Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. Demonstrates ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations and fostering business partnerships

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

At least 8 years demonstrated experience in managing the design, development and implementation of ERP systems, solutions and products (Oracle preferred)

8+ years related work experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

Completion of various Oracle certifications/classes and APICS certifications

Demonstrated project management skills and expertise in project portfolio management principles

Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies

M.S. Degree preferred

The Salary Range For This Role Is

$101,000 - $154,000
