Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer for an established, growing organization in Lewisville, TX. This is a hands‑on engineering position focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure across systems, networking, and operational environments.

The successful candidate will take ownership of infrastructure initiatives, lead new facility deployments, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on infrastructure engineering or related experience.
• Experience independently leading infrastructure projects from design through deployment.
• Strong technical expertise across enterprise systems and networking.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Hyper-V.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, VPNs, switching, and enterprise connectivity.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure security best practices.
• Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, preferably PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from requirements gathering and architecture through deployment, testing, documentation, and stabilization.
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Support new facility infrastructure deployments, including servers, networking, connectivity, and core IT services.
• Establish scalable infrastructure standards and drive continuous improvement.
