Job summary

Lincoln Motor Company seeks an Engineering Technician to prototype integrated testing platforms (HIL Racks, Test Benches), flash software, and troubleshoot system faults. The role collaborates with software engineers and technicians to build testing equipment, requires Linux familiarity, and the ability to operate fabrication and shop equipment.

Salary is $118,700–$198,500 with a hybrid onsite requirement four or more days per week.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree in Automotive Technology or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience Machining and Fabricating parts.
• Experience in software integration and testing, preferably in automotive industry.

Job description

The Engineering Technician will support Software Engineering teams by prototyping integrated testing platforms (HIL Racks, Test Benches, etc.), flashing software and troubleshooting system faults.

What you'll do...

You’ll have...

This position is a GSR-7 and ranges from $118,700-$198,500.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
