Lead Engineering Technicians support engineering teams in the development and production of electrical design packages, technical drawings, engineering documentation, and project deliverables for utility and industrial projects. In addition, they provide technical leadership, coordinate technician activities, and serve as a resource for complex design and documentation efforts.
This role requires the ability to interpret engineering concepts, apply established design standards, and prepare accurate technical documentation using engineering software and drafting tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, leadership skills, and a practical understanding of electrical systems to support the successful execution of engineering projects.
